UV-C reaches around objects, but a clear surface treats faster and more thoroughly. Move papers, food, and personal items aside where practical.
Plants tolerate brief UV-C exposure but are happier elsewhere. Pets and fish must be relocated for the cycle — no exceptions.
Long-exposed-photo prints, valuable artwork, and certain plastic-aged display items benefit from a light cover. Most household and office items are fine as-is.
For workplaces, everyone needs to be out of the treatment zone for the cycle duration. We coordinate this with whoever holds keys or runs the floor.

UV-C disinfects what's there at treatment time. Regular cadence (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) maintains the lower microbial baseline; one-off treatments are point-in-time.
Sunshine Coast bookings are typically available same-day or next-day. Brisbane and Gold Coast 24–48 hours. For weekend or after-hours commercial work, allow a few days. Outbreak response is exempt from advance booking — call directly.
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the scheduled time receive a full refund. Within 24 hours we charge 50% of the booked fee to cover the reserved time. No-shows are charged in full.
Not in the treatment zone itself — the 250W unit's output is industrial and direct human exposure is not permitted. You can absolutely remain on the premises in another room; we operate the unit by wireless key fob from outside the zone.
Bank transfer, card payment on site, and 7-day invoice terms for established commercial accounts. Contract clients are typically billed monthly in advance.
We guarantee the treatment is delivered to documented exposure standards — i.e. the right dose, in the right zones, for the right dwell time. We can't guarantee zero re-contamination after we leave, because that depends on what re-enters the space. What we deliver is a documented baseline reset.
