How many units does my business need?
Most multi-site operations run one unit per site, with a centrally-deployable spare for outbreak response and fleet treatment days. Very large facilities (major hotels, hospital networks) may need two or three units to keep treatment cadence on schedule.
Is bulb replacement difficult?
No — replacement is a 5-minute task without tools. Bulbs are rated at 9,000 hours; for a typical commercial buyer that's 3–5 years of daily use.
How does this compare with an autonomous UV robot?
Autonomous robots self-navigate a room and stay at the site they're bought for. The Sterile-Bright is carried instead: it hangs from a hook or stand, runs from a wireless key fob with the operator outside the room, and moves between vehicles, rooms and sites in the same day. Nobody holds it and nobody is in the room during a cycle. A robot can make sense for one large fixed facility. Do you ship interstate?
Yes — Australia-wide. Training is conducted via video for interstate buyers, or in person for orders of two or more units.
Can I buy a unit and run it as a service business?
Yes, and it's a different conversation from buying one for your own sites. Operators who treat other people's premises for a fee go through the reseller program instead — same unit, but with operator training, compliance documentation, and an agreed service area for operators committing to a region.
